Design & Product Development

Alyssa Leach graduated from her first Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Product Development in 2017 and was one of fifteen students accepted into the International Manufacturing & Product Development Advanced Associates program and graduated March of 2018. Following this, she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management graduating in June 2019. During her last year of college, she landed a full time job as a Soft Goods Engineer and later Product Developer at Mattel, managing the soft goods for an assortment of products across several brands in the company including Monster High, Barbie, and Hot Wheels. Alyssa aspires to continually grow her knowledge in the field through a variety of real world experiences.
